Beyond Starbucks, what are the best spots for studying? Which places have great wifi, big tables to spread out, and outlets to charge devices?

Not a coffee shop but I actually study at the bar at Tombs. Take the right most seat if you want to charge your device. If you can't drink, you can get a snack esp during study hours when it's cheaper. And most bartenders are really friendly so you can make friends with them.
I live for Compass Coffee. It has great tables, it's super cute, the baristas are super nice, and you always see a bunch of people you know. Cannot imagine studying anywhere else :(
Capital One Café on M Street is a fantastic study spot! especially on days when Peets, Compass Coffee and Starbucks are all packed, Capital One has a lot of tables and individual conference rooms as well as couch space to do work.
